Busy schedules can make it difficult to see the doctor for a minor illness. If you are an established adult patient at one of our primary care locations, MyChart allows you to visit a nurse practitioner from your smartphone or computer.

You can request an e-visit for needs related to sinus problems, birth control, urinary problems and more. If your symptoms require an office visit, we'll ask you to make an appointment with your primary care physician or visit one of our urgent care offices.

To request an e-visit, sign in to MyChart and choose E-Visit from the main menu. Complete a brief survey about your symptoms and we will reply within 1 business day.
